1. How to request deletion

You can request deletion directly inside the Doino mobile app.

  • Open Doino and sign in to the account you want to remove.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Open the account danger-zone section and choose Deactivate account.
  • Confirm the deletion request when prompted.

If you cannot access the app and need help with deletion, contactfeedback@doino.app from the email address associated with your Doino account.

2. What happens after you request deletion

When deletion is requested, Doino immediately deactivates the account and schedules permanent deletion for 30 days later.

During that 30-day period, you can restore the account by signing back in and using the restore option provided in the app before permanent deletion occurs.

3. What data is deleted

When permanent deletion is completed, Doino deletes the account and associated account data stored for that user, including profile records tied to the account and related data that is removed through Doino's account-deletion process.

  • Account identifiers and authentication-linked account records.
  • Profile information such as username, bio, avatar, and profile settings.
  • User preferences and similar account-level settings associated with the account.

4. What may be retained temporarily or where required

Some data may remain during the 30-day restoration window because the account is first deactivated and only deleted permanently after that period expires.

Doino may also retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of platform rules.

5. Partial deletion requests

Doino does not currently provide a separate self-service flow for deleting only selected account data while keeping the account active. The supported user-facing flow is account deactivation followed by scheduled permanent deletion.
