1. Using Doino
Doino is a social app that helps people connect by posting activities, discovering things to do nearby, joining plans, and coordinating with participants through in-app chat.
By using Doino, you agree to use the app responsibly, follow these terms, and comply with applicable law.
2. Eligibility
You must be the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence to create an account or use Doino.
By using Doino, you represent and warrant that you meet that requirement and that your use of the service is permitted under applicable law.
Doino may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or delete accounts that do not satisfy this eligibility requirement or that otherwise violate applicable law.
3. Your account and content
You are responsible for the account you use on Doino and for the content you post, including your profile information, activity descriptions, images, chat messages, reports, and other material you submit through the app.
You keep ownership of the content you create, but you give Doino permission to host, display, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
4. Community guidelines
Doino is for respectful, safe, and authentic community connections. Peaceful social, cultural, religious, and dating activities are welcome. Do not post or share unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, extremist, deceptive, or discriminatory content.
We may review content, remove content, limit features, or suspend or deactivate accounts when necessary to protect the community.
5. Real-life meetups and personal responsibility
Doino provides tools for people to connect and organize activities, but Doino does not supervise, control, or guarantee any user, activity, venue, or real-world interaction.
You are solely responsible for your decisions before, during, and after meeting other users in real life. Please use common sense, protect your personal safety, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
6. Activities, participation, and chat
Activity hosts are responsible for the plans they post, including timing, descriptions, location choices, and participant management. Participants are responsible for how they use the activity chat and for the information they share there.
If you stop attending an activity, you may lose access to that activity’s participant chat and related details.
7. Premium subscriptions
Doino may offer optional premium features through paid subscriptions. Subscription pricing, billing periods, and included features are shown in the app.
If you subscribe through Apple, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through your App Store account and are also subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Premium features may change over time as the app evolves.
8. Moderation and enforcement
Doino may review content, act on user reports, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or deactivate access when necessary to protect the community or enforce these terms.
We may also preserve information related to safety, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or legal compliance where appropriate.
9. Service availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Doino at any time. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
10. Ending access
You can stop using Doino at any time. You can also request account deletion in the app settings. The account becomes unavailable immediately and is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later unless it is restored before that deadline.
Doino may also suspend or end access when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or serious violations of these terms.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doino is provided on an “as available” basis and Doino is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app or your interactions with other users.
12. Privacy
Your use of Doino is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how the app handles information.
